1. Who we are
Lhexam (“we”, “us”) is an independent exam-preparation service for the United States Life & Health insurance producer license. We are not affiliated with any state insurance department, NAIC, NIPR, PSI, Pearson VUE, or Prometric.
2. What the service is and isn't
Lhexam provides practice questions, study guides, and AI-assisted explanations to help candidates prepare for state insurance license exams. Lhexam is not a state-approved pre-licensing course unless we explicitly say so for a given state on the relevant state page. Where a state requires pre-licensing hours, you must complete those hours with an accredited provider in addition to using Lhexam.
3. No guarantee of passing
Passing the exam depends on your study, the state's question pool, and factors outside our control. We make no warranty that using Lhexam will result in a passing score.
4. Account, billing, and refunds
Subscription tiers renew until cancelled. One-time per-state purchases grant 90 days of access. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are honored without question if you have not taken the exam. Refunds after the exam are case-by-case.
5. Acceptable use
Do not share your account, scrape the question bank, or republish our content. The question bank is licensed for individual study.
6. Liability
Lhexam is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
