Privacy Policy

What we collect
Email and (optionally) target state and planned exam date when you join the waitlist. Once accounts open: name, hashed password, billing details processed by Stripe, quiz/study activity, and IP address for security.
Why we collect it
To run the service, send you the cheat sheet, notify you when your state launches, and improve the product based on aggregate usage. We do not sell or rent your data.
Processors we use
- Resend, transactional email delivery
- Stripe, payment processing (only when paid plans open)
- PostHog and Umami, privacy-respecting product analytics
- Cloudflare, DNS and edge security
- Our self-hosted Postgres database for application data
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailingprivacy@lhexam.com. CCPA, CPRA, and applicable US state privacy law rights are honored regardless of residence.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for session management and analytics. No cross-site advertising cookies.
